What To Expect
We are a Micropractice and do not have a reception. Your physiotherapist will greet you at the appointment time in the waiting room.
Arrival
Please wait in your car until your appointment time. Try to park at the South side of the building in the large square parking lot. When you come in the North door or South door there will be a small standing space that has a QR code. Try to check in for your appointment time there. This will notify the physiotherapist of your arrival. Please let yourself in and proceed to the large SOUTH side waiting room until we can come and bring you into the space.
Mindfulness
The clinic is small. Please be mindful of noise.
Foot Traffic
Please remove your shoes. This helps keep the floor clean for our littlest patients.
Space
Please leave large items in your car or at home as our office is quite compact.
Timeliness
Your provider aims to run on time. If you are late, your visit may be canceled and a charge may apply. Please allow extra time given the unpredictable nature of this work.
